I am not a doctor but over the years, I have learnt a thing or two about eating well, exercising and how to spot the signs that you need to visit a doctor. It wasn't always this way. I used to actively avoid visiting the doctor until I married my wife who is a nurse. She taught me how to be healthy and for that I am extremely thankful.
